Shoot Results from Sherwood Airgunners Benchrest “Break the Winter Air Gun Blues Shoot 1-26-2020
Thirty shooters braved the miserable Ohio weather to compete in the contest today with ten new faces welcomed into the group!! We were missing a few of the regulars as they had other commitments and so we may have to add an extra shoot times next shoot as the lines were full!! Good problem to have!!! We are hoping we see all of you again next time!!
The Spring Piston class was won this time by Dan Putz by a slim three-point margin over Al Duster with Eric Jones taking third position. Good shooting Guy’s!!
The PCP division was a close finish with the top three positions being separated by three points! Dave Hitchcock took top honors, Jeff Little was second and Joe Tricomi was third on an ALL ”Daystate” podium!! Congratulations to all!! Joe Tricomi was also the top gun winner with the most X’s for both cards with 17 X’s
The shooters hopefully left with a full belly for their ride home as the kitchen served up Hamburgers ‘Hot Dogs and Macaroni salad thanks to “Chef Lucas” in the club house!! Thanks to Carl and the rest of the Sherwood Geezers!! Special Thank’s to Tom West for helping me out today with the scoring and range duties!!
Keep your eyes open on the internet as we may have one more shoot before the weather breaks in late February or early March. We will post it if we do!!
