Twin Oaks Venue Highlights
Club House

The club house is located within a few feet of the generous gravel parking lot.  It offers electricity, large fireplace for colder matches, overhead doors that open to let air circulate and a large monitor where match information and final scores can be displayed.  Table and chairs are available for seating and enjoying post-match lunches.  Shooters assemble here for the shooter's meeting prior to the start of the match.

Sight In Range

The sight in range is near the club house and within a few yards of the field course.  With ample space on the firing line and distances out to 55 yards it offers a great space to get your kit tuned in and ready for the match.  The open field allows for unobstructed winds to test your hold-off.

Woods Course

The woods course offers 15 lanes cut into a labyrinth of thick trees, brush, and some marsh areas.  An access path connects to the main course trail which changes directions 90 degrees at one end to provide the shooters exposure to different wind directions.  On overcast days, dim lighting can make it tricky to focus on targets.

Field Course

The field course is a bit unique in that the 15 lanes are arranged within an old vineyard.  Some lanes are nestled between the vines while others are out in open fields.  Winds can be blocked in some lanes while other lanes are fully exposed.  Some targets are near the ground while others are mounted higher on posts.

Location
Directions to the Range:

Our Field Target matches are held on the grounds of the Twin Oaks Air Rifle Range. The range is located approximately 6.25 miles east of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio in Geauga County. Traveling on Bell Street, head south on Lucky Bell Lane for about 5/8 of a mile and then head east on Shadow Wood Circle.  Lucky Bell Lane is also accessible from the south off of Stafford Road.  The entrance to the range is at the end of the cul-de-sac.  Please mind your speed, you will be traveling through residential neighborhoods.  From the circle, head down the drive approximately 1/4 mile to the parking area.  Follow the signs for N.O.A.  The street address is: 9911 Shadow Wood Circle, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023. Do not use this address for Google Maps directions, it will take you the wrong way.  If your directions tell you to turn on Wake Robbin Drive, this is incorrect.  You need to turn down Shadow Wood Circle off of Lucky Bell Lane.  For those of you with a GPS receiver, go to 41.423523,-81.288381. You can also use this link for directions to the entrance drive: Google Maps to Entrance Drive

Lodging and Saturday Evening Gathering

There are several area hotels within a few miles of the Twin Oaks Air Rifle Range.  Camping at the Punderson State Park is also available for a reasonable daily rate.  Camping on the grounds of Twin Oaks Air Rifle Range is not allowed.  We are extending an invitation to anyone interested to join us for a casual gathering and dinner at the Cowboy Food & Drink restaurant and bar on Saturday evening.
